Gate Eclipse ECL-360

The 4 position automatic turret on the lathe makes it ideal for small batch production. High speed precision is its specialty, allowing to maintain tight tollerances.

CNC Router

The CNC router is a versatile machine that can be used for a variety of applications. It is most commonly used for carbon applications, but can also be used for other materials. Using nesting software, efficient material usage can be achieved.

CNC Knife Kit cutter

The Carbon Kit Cutting Machine is a highly efficient machine that can cut complex carbon cutting patterns with the aid of special software. The patterns can be numbered and sorted for easy identification.

We have a selection of fused filament deposition 3D printers for rapid prototyping, low quantity components and moulds.

GTCO Calcomp Digitizer

We use the 2D digitizer to create a digital version of the physical template. Using special software various sizes and layouts can be created out of single template

Welding station

We have a Thermal Arc 2000 AC/DC TIG set and a MIG allowing us to precision weld in aluminium, steel and titanium to name a few. Bespoke jigs and welding techniques allow to deal with most complex jobs.

FARO PLATINUM arm

We can use the Platinum arm to reverse engineer and inspect items for conformity and compare against original CAD model.

We use the scanner arm for complex curvature or bodywork to create a CAD model which is then used as a reference.
