Design
Computer Aided Design
All components are designed in CAD software which allows simulation, analyse and validation using stress analysis, FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics). CAD allows us to create designs and drawings of any kind. CAD is used for creating models of moulds, engines, wings, etc.
CAM Design
Designs are taken directly from CAD to manufacture using our comprehensive CAM package. Our package includes 4-axis programming which allows complex machining of components or efficient batch production. Usage of bespoke and non-conventional techniques helps us to increase our efficiency and lead times.
Scanning & Reverse Engineering
A FARO scanning arm is used to reverse engineer components, this is great for modelling engines or bodywork. Full vehicle or individual component scans are possible.
